Robb Tucker
Tucker grew up in Nevada County with a father and grandfather who flew military aircraft.
Biography
Robb Tucker grew up in South Nevada County in a family of military aviators: his father and grandfather were Air Force pilots.1 He earned a commercial pilot license of his own, with instrument and multiple engine ratings.1 He and his wife, Kristy, have three children and live in the area where he grew up.1
Tucker earned a bachelor's degree in business administration at Pepperdine University and a master's degree at Wheaton College Graduate School.1 He was president and CEO of a family business that owned Forest Springs Mobilehome Community before the business was sold in 2020.1 Outside work, he has spent decades coaching youth and school sports and taking part in local schools and church.1
He won election to Nevada County's Board of Supervisors in 2024 and began his first term in January 2025.12 His county assignments include transportation, airport land use, regional housing, workforce development and the commission serving young children and families.2
His congressional platform emphasizes local control and federal accountability, faster forest work to reduce wildfire risk, and more support for rural law enforcement.3 He backs stronger border enforcement and gun rights and says keeping Republican control of the House is a central goal of his campaign.1 His published homelessness proposals would tie federal funding to results and allow shelters with mandatory treatment requirements.3 His November opponent is Ami Bera.4
