Biography

Mallory Dittmer grew up moving between her mother's home in a Chicago suburb and her father's home on her grandfather's southern Indiana farm.1 She got her first job at 14 and says her mother, who raised five children while building businesses, helped shape her approach to work.1

Dittmer entered the workforce during the 2008 recession and spent 15 years building partnerships with fashion brands including Kate Spade and Coach, according to her campaign biography.1 She describes becoming a vice president at 33, managing teams, negotiating agreements and working with large budgets.1

She and her husband, Drew, a high school history teacher, settled in Fort Mill in 2020 and have two children.1 Dittmer began managing political campaigns in 2022 and attended the Campaign School at Yale in 2025, a program offering political campaign training.1 She describes herself as a moderate and says she wants to work with Democrats, Republicans and independents on legislation.2
